Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Sugar Store. We are committed to providing high-quality diabetes care products. However, due to the nature of our medical products, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Given the nature of medical supplies, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, for safety and hygiene reasons.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
